Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at contact@hoorhijabnabayas.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Approval & Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
- Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use or damage not due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.
